We sell gift batteries (digital tokens) and direct upgrades that activate premium features ("Diamond Battery") for a specified duration.
When purchasing a direct upgrade (Diamond for your own account), the customer is required to confirm a separate checkbox before payment, expressly consenting to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledging that this waives their right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)). By giving consent, the customer confirms they have been informed in advance about the loss of the right of withdrawal. A purchase confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Premium features are activated immediately after payment. Refunds are not available. No partial refunds are available for unused time once digital content has been accessed.
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the gift token has not yet been redeemed (activated).
You can request a refund for an unredeemed gift token (within 14 days of purchase) directly in the app:

Approved refunds are processed no later than 14 days from withdrawal by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record, using the original payment method.
If a purchased token does not work correctly (e.g., premium features do not activate), you have the right to file a complaint:
Consumers are entitled to have the defect remedied, to receive a reasonable discount, or to withdraw from the contract if the defect is material. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
Gift tokens must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase. Expiration does not affect statutory withdrawal rights within the 14-day period from purchase.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as the Merchant of Record, subject to Paddle's terms. Purchase receipts are issued by Paddle as the seller. In the event of a chargeback or payment reversal, access to premium features may be suspended or revoked, and the associated token may be invalidated.
In case of a dispute, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz). If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
